Pros

Overall I liked doing customer service, but was burned out with working in a call center as I had done this type of work several years. I was glad to have the opportunity to work at GA Power even if I wasn't there a long time. Pay is better than at many places to do this type of work. Awesome benefits. Coworkers were OK, just average like you know elsewhere.

Cons

They were strict about your scheduled time, but that's how it is working in a call center. Calls were very repetitive, that was somewhat tedious.

Pros

Lots of room to grow. They do lots of things to keep employee morale up. Good training...almost 6 weeks of training

Cons

Horrible hours for 1-3 years, 1 weekend a month, team managers eat sleep and breathe ga power. Very meticulous about attendance down to the second
