      a large company whose benefits are decent, paycheck is decent, but expects you to work faster than the computer.

      decent paycheck, benefits are decent, teleworking, close to home.

      Cons

      minimal advancement opportunities unless you are a minority, even more minimal if you have been here too long and your pay is more than another departments wants to pay to want you, very political environment within company, tries to consolidate departments with fewer people and expect better results. superiors are not people persons at all, it is all numbers.
