Pros

Great benefits because of how large the company is. Large bonuses depending on how well the company does.

Cons

You are required to work EVERY single major weather event regardless of vacation status, typical corporate affirmative action hiring regardless of skill and capability (I say this and it was an entry level job, so you can imagine how bad some of the people were that I worked with), they will tell you that they want you to completely take care of a customer but then will reprimand you for taking too long. Like I said, typical corporate hypocrisy.
