      Old boy network with pockets of poor leadership. Leadership opportunities are stagnant. And current leadership is slow to keep up with the changing business environment.

      a paycheck, a stepping stone if you have little experience

      Cons

      This place is run like a sweat shop. It's run by this lady who threatens to fire everyone on a daily basis. Everyone is constantly worried about being fired, which creates a totally hostile and unstable work environment. Things are so unstable because people keep leaving or getting fired here and its incredibly stressful.
