      Great place to work with a focus on safety and respect. Corporate, so not a fit for everyone, but full of good people.

      Pros

      The company is still not as modern as some, but is improving quickly, with work-life balance, improving benefits, and efforts at inclusivity. A dozen employee resource groups will hopefully provide a group for most minorities. Plenty of different jobs to do.

      Cons

      Definitely a good-ole-boy environment. Management isnt necessarily your friend. I didn't experience the worst of it, but there were horror stories of previous phases that I'm glad I missed. Ample OT, for better or worse.

      Pros

      Good work environment with a great team of people. Started my first job out of college here and was a good start, but just wasn't my ideal job. The company has great benefits and takes care of their employees. Their compensation was more than fair for someone just graduating from college.

      Cons

      They really emphasize safety and how paramount it is, but it was more like a hot topic word that people talked about and never really implemented anything concrete to make job safety safer. Also, negotiate your salary and vacation from the start or you will spend years trying to boost your pay and vacation days.
