      While there I was very happy in my position. However, the culture has changed dramatically

      You are only welcome until the next reorganization. Make certain you network well because if you are not part of the in crowd you will be on the street. Mostly good people but don't trust management. They talk a good game but your supervisor is only looking for themselves. It wasn't always this way.
