      a paycheck, a stepping stone if you have little experience

      Cons

      This place is run like a sweat shop. It's run by this lady who threatens to fire everyone on a daily basis. Everyone is constantly worried about being fired, which creates a totally hostile and unstable work environment. Things are so unstable because people keep leaving or getting fired here and its incredibly stressful.

      Mostly dedicated employees who want to do their best, great benefits, good office location

      Cons

      Reorganization totally mishandled with no knowledge transfer, senior leadership have placed junior leadership in roles they can't handle , no room for growth anymore once you are hired, too top heavy with unnecessary junior execs, morale is currently terrible.
