Pros

Very respectful between the supervisor and the worker. Time is flexible. Fun environment to work.

Cons

pay rate $9.22/hr is not enough to cover the living expense. A tutor who can teach 10 subjects would get the same pay rate as those can only teach 1, 2 subjects.
