Pros

Close to home, TAP program

Cons

Micromanagement and overall pettiness in the department is ridiculous. I feel like I'm back in high school with all the snitching & brown nosing that goes on. The data, spreadsheets and schedule checking is also ridiculous. Feels more like sales than advising. So much so that I'm headed into that field because at least I'll be compensated accordingly. Can I just advise my students please.

Pros

Near Marta and lot of restaurants to go to lunch

Cons

They are the most corrupt enterprise in Georgia. They have embezzled millions of dollars. Only those who kiss up get promoted.

Pros

Completely dependent upon the department you work as well as your supervisor: -Flexible work schedules -Camaraderie amongst some colleagues

Cons

-Extremely low wages with disproportionate responsibility. -Company culture needs to be reevaluated, starting with issues of favoritism and unprofessionalism from ownership to lower management -Lots of politics involved. Hiring practices of certain departments is very questionable and could cross as unethical! - -Leadership is nonexistent. -It is EXTREMELY cliquish and favoritism is rampant. -Support roles are treated very poorly by higher up and other staff members. -Administrative support roles are abused and used. -Administrative support roles are abused and used. -The pay is horrific. Expect a lot of work with inadequate compensation and absolutely ZERO recognition for hard work.
