Pros

Students, good education. Staff are nice and really work hard for the students. Students are awesome, focused - many will do great things.

Cons

No raises!! Supervisors and directors only interested in their own salaries, no support for increases in salary or job responsibilities except for those reporting to VP and of course upper management. GT constantly Adding positions and bringing in outsiders. GT has added more administrators with six figure income than any institution-does not reward those on the front lines. No interest in helping staff move forward-most seem to want to discourage you from anything. Moral very low-focus on only those in academic area-Non academic area very low pay except for directors and VP or those who do the work for the VP.
