Pros

You can take Georgia Tech classes for free and establish a relationship with professors if you plan on going to grad school.

Cons

The pay is terrible. You can be a lab tech making $11 per hour. Also you are usually working for un tenured professors who typically treat their students poorly.

Pros

Somewhat limited by bureaucracy, but steadily improving.

Cons

Poor food choices around campus. Restrictive IT department. Constant construction is a hassle (but also makes for nice buildings). Parking policy is annoying without good reason.
