Pros

I worked for GTC around 15 years. It was a great place to work management was more than fair to me and rest of the associates I was offered management position at a different firm, with a opportunity to work from home and “was promised the world”. It seemed like a great opportunity, after about a year. I realized I made the big mistake. since then I worked at several firm's nothing compares to GTC, fair pay, real work to life balance, incredible benefits, incredible 401(k) match, and most important incredible people.

Cons

Work from home with a very limited, they expect people to be in the office.

Pros

Employees stay with company for years and it’s a low turn over rate.

Cons

Because most people that have been working there have been working for years the technology and documentation is behind. No true training.
