Pros

Great group of co-workers, empowered to do your job, very good benefits, flexible hours, wellness program, providing and supporting a great public service (electric power). Family=friendly, good work/life balance.

Cons

Minimal telecommuting opportunities, no employee matching of contributions to colleges and universities. Tucker area has limited lunch options, but the employee cafe meets that need.

Pros

Most of co-workers are solid, good folks. The benefits package and pay is also decent. It's small enough that you can get involved in as much or as little as you prefer.

Cons

Cronyism is quickly replacing qualifications. As more and more of high level people retire, the replacements are decided upon on the golf course rather than on the merits.
