Collision Estimator Pay

Business Outlook

Pros

Commission can be pretty decent

Cons

Almost never hit sales amount needed for commission to take effect. If dont meet sales, they pay at minimum wage and then they draw that amount from next commission check if you get one. If you dont, then you keep "owing" to company.

Pros

Some of the fellow employees were genuinely good people trying their best. Occasionally had opportunities to learn through hands-on experience. N/A N/A N/A

Cons

Extremely poor management — constant turnover and lack of leadership. Numerous labor violations and overworked employees, especially in California. Empty promises regarding promotions, pay, and support. No protection for employees who speak up — retaliation is real. Currently involved in an ongoing class action lawsuit, which says a lot.
