Down to earth company that cares about its employees. Tons of opportunities for advancement

Cons

The only con I have the reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 is because the medical insurance benefits are severely lacking in coverage and support when you call for help to work through a billing issue/question.

Pros

Fair pay with regular raises. Coworkers and Super are very supportive and will treat you with respect. I have worked for this company over a decade in the same role and I still enjoy it. If you find enjoyment in helping people, this could be the perfect option. Be prepared tp be involved in sales unless you are IT or management.

Cons

Any time that you work with customers and phones, it can be stressful.
