Work from home. It's a job

Cons

They call it sales but it's really customer service with upselling. 2 weeks training. Low pay. Weak bonus structure thats based on premium but they have you peddling $5-$10 policies all day. Bad benefits. If you need a job and you're ok with the base pay it may be alright but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a sales position.

Gerber Life is a great company that believes in growth and development! They invest in their people by providing tuition reimbursement, LOMA courses and all around support for internal growth. The culture is very family oriented and makes you feel welcome.

Cons

I am happy and do not have any complaints to mention.
