Current ownership cares about creating a strong company as much as delivering results. The management team is new but working well together and listening to employees.

Cons

Change is tough and everyone needs to understand the plan and how they fit into the future of the company.

Gerber working environment was laid back and friendly. The workflow was really good and I like the fact that the processes were very well organized especially the shared online knowledge base.

Cons

They ended up outsourcing their help desk to India which caused a few people to lose their jobs.
