      Pros

      Work colleagues were helpful and kind, felt like a dysfunctional family. Quartly Bonus, that was achievable to those that worked for it. Good values.

      Cons

      Senior Management seemed to think that the decisions they made were productive to the company when in reality did more harm than good. Not a lot of career progression. Lots of backstabbing at a senior level, jostling for attention from above, which affected everyone. No blame culture, that liked to blame and NOT find a solution. Values were questionable for senior management.
