Pros

- Great opportunity to make money - Sales Team/Sales Managers are amazing - Great product - Managers of every department are helpful even if you don't work in their department - Good back end team (title clerks and office workers) - Emphasis on making auto sales not just a job, but a career

Cons

- Insurance benefits are garbage, we pay high premiums that cover nothing.

Pros

The acquisition manager is great. Minimal micromanaging

Cons

Upper management does not seem to care about the individuals. All the money filters through the top level employees leaving little for everyone else. Management doesn’t seem to care about the individual just the bottom dollar. Minimal opportunity for advancement unless your here 8+ years.
