      Pros

      I've been with the company for just under 2 years now and I really love working here at GetInsured. I've worked with a lot of different teams and every superior I've worked under has really cared about my growth and I've even been able to advance in the company. I've honestly never felt like I was part of a team as much I have while working here and there is a lot of support when on calls from the resources provided to the team being there to help out.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher, but I really think the great teams make up for it.

      Pros

      I’ve been working here for a year and in that time I’ve been promoted twice. Several of my coworkers who started with me have been as well. The company really values professional development and promoting from within. If you show some interest, even in other departments, they will recognize that and help you reach your goals. The work life balance is great especially since the job is remote. Management is more than accommodating when it comes to taking time off.

      I work in the IVA dept right now and I love the hrs we have for right now 8:30-5. And we can come in early or stay late 30 mins to make up some time if we miss due to appointments or whatever. My supervisors are great!!! Elaine, Laisha, and Even care about each and everyone of us. We are a small but might team, and my teammates are the best too!! I love working on improving the Iva Rosie. When I was in the floor taking calls I also like that too.

      Cons

      Hours are set to change for Open Enrollment Period and mandatory OT might be required so be prepared (especially if you have back issues like me-but they do work with you to accommodate as much as possible)
