Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. I've found this not to be the rule, however. One employee, in fact, shared the following: I have always been a problem solver and I enjoy the fact that I get to assist people with solving their issues while simultaneously leading my team to our desired goals. I get to be part mentor, part fixer, and a leader. Couple that with the fact that I can do this job from my home office, makes this the best job I've ever had.

I see that you're a current employee, so first, I want to start off by saying, across all departments of GetInsured, we have an open door policy. So you should feel comfortable to speak with your manager or HR about any issues or concerns you may be dealing with. To address your review, we do not have a policy against hiring family members and in our experience, many qualified in-house referrals end up being effective and happy contributors to the team efforts. As far as communications, we have daily huddles, regular meetings, email, chat and 1:1s to communicate news, changes, as well as expectations. GetInsured offers regular recognition to staff (a great example is last week's Customer Service Appreciation Week), and for qualified employees, we offer performance and attendance bonuses.
