Cons
Feeling like you are disposable as you are told that after OEP a lot of people will be let go. They tell you they want a 1 call resolution but then tell you to only be with a customer 15min or less. They Micromanage like crazy. They have their favorites and choose who they want to praise and do special things for them getting good scores ect. They want you to learn new skills without offering any incentives for the new skills which also means more of a workload as well. L2's never want to take Escalated calls and take their time when you state a customer wants a higher up, even though you know you will say the same thing you should still just take the call to appease the customer and let them know you value them.
