So you should feel comfortable to speak with your manager or HR about any issues or concerns you may be dealing with. To address your review, we do not have a policy against hiring family members and in our experience, many qualified in-house referrals end up being effective and happy contributors to the team efforts. As far as communications, we have daily huddles, regular meetings, email, chat and 1:1s to communicate news, changes, as well as expectations. GetInsured offers regular recognition to staff (a great example is last week's Customer Service Appreciation Week), and for qualified employees, we offer performance and attendance bonuses.
