      lots of learning and challenging at times, nice food and small frequent parties

      work-life balance and micro management by some and gets political

      Pros

      They provide benefits and the rate of pay isn’t so bad.

      Cons

      I wish they would have provided us more training. Some of the employees in my group were promised one thing and was given something else. I thought we were able to pick our own schedule and we wasn’t. They provided us information that was very useful at the end of training. The time they wanted us to work was conflicting with me getting my degree.
