      They pay well, but I later found out I was "cheap,"

      Please don’t work here. The company in disorganized, unethical, dishonest, and completely disrespectful towards employees. Leadership is a joke. The CEO saw no value in an HR department until the company was 7 years old and had 200+ employees. No one has any idea what he or she is doing because there’s simply no leadership. The product we’re selling to state government’s is chocked full of junk code that will eventually cause issues.

      Business Management have nice people.

      Cons

      Horrible work-life balance. No diversity and respect for moral values in development or QA teams because every employee, VP, CEO, Team leads are from same region - India . People are coming on B1 Visas and working onsite day and night making other people's life hell. Micro Management. No streamed line process for handling requirements. Management is aggressive in luring new customers leaving behind old clients dissatisfied. poorly written code base where every day production issue comes and you have to spend all night in assisting. Will never recommend to any one.
