      Good benefits, good pay, fun people to work with, chance to get more money if trained on sealing machine and or welding machine, two week company shut downs, one in July, one in December, there’s your vacation right there! Sometimes we get an hour break.

      Cons

      Fast paced is kinda stressful. You gotta wait a while to get your extra money after training on the sealing machine or welding machine. PTO runs out fast! Must use PTO during company shutdowns, so if your out of PTO, your paycheck won’t be pretty. A lot of downtime if welding machines don’t work properly so gets boring. Set schedule no flexibility.
