- Very poor company structure, unclear on which department is responsible for what. - Company vision is unclear and there is a lack of communication between departments. - Company culture is non-existent. - Training is a poorly delivered information overload on an online platform, no opportunity to really absorb the information and test your knowledge. - Incredibly high staff turn over

Team to team matters if you don't have good boss People provide less space to settle if you new to company Everyone waits for appraisal and increment for full year, which most of the time disappoint you Actually Directors and MD are supportive but lower hierarchies are not at all supportive
