Interesting growth industry and nice to support health care providers. Strong products in acute care therapies

Cons

Executive team over paid, lazy and afraid to change anything. Fully focused on their own salaries and bonuses. All about strategy and nothing about execution. Unclear and inefficient organizational structure

Standard med device company, easy work not too time consuming.

Cons

Align yourself with the right group even if they seem to be doing a trash job and you will go far. A Sr. Manager right now can’t even speak proper English and gets people under them to write and proof read their emails. Don’t build your career here, it’s a dead end.
