      Pros

      This company provides many opportunities for learning and growth. They are offering flexible work with a choice to work from home, in the office, or hybrid. They have a gym on site, provide regular trainings on various topics, and the managing director really cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Some managers can be asked to perform a lot of individual contributor work, limiting their ability to manage their teams to the best of their ability. As in most companies, there tends to be a squeeze for resources at times, but they are making a lot of progress in this area.
