      Pros

      People on the ground at customer level are good people.

      Cons

      Company spiraling downwards. Cutting people past five years only way they have been able to meet financial goals. COVID saved top managementss heads in 2020.

      It used to be a company with prosperity and opportunities. The Copenhagen office had really good colleagues.

      Cons

      Constant changes in strategies, focus on corporate lock down at the expense of job satisfaction and efficiency. Low wages and no real raise since 2013.
