      Pros

      New leaders have a very positive approach. Introducing some excellent benefits including electric vehicles. Started to listen to employees and make changes when needed. The company has changed in a positive way since new management took over.

      Can sometime be slow to make changes like any big company.

      Flexibility in terms of working hours and working from home

      - Continuous backorders, supply chain not worked out - No personnel development, HR basically non existing - long hours - pay way below industry standard - lot of politics - poor management - worse travel policy ever: economy class even if you are traevelling to the other side of the world - bad reputation, not a good company to have on CV
