      Uncompetitive salary No support for external training/certifications If you don't have personal relationship with your manager, no raise no promotion

      Pay is good, the people are very welcoming and helpful, good benefits and vacation time.

      Cons

      Turnover and staffing issues leads to quite a few instances of people doing more than what should be required of them.

      Bonuses are nice if you get them Mid level engineers are great to work with and want to promote effective change Operations staff are really helpful and full of product knowledge. Good Healthcare
