Cons
Every division receives a bonus, on the money they bring in, the problem is, they steal it from another division . Example, service sells a customer parts, that they would have bought anyway, we give them a discount, and free shipping. Service gets credited for they revenue, Customers Service lost it. Service looks good, but the company made less then we could/should have. it is slowing killing the company . This is throughout the company.Middle management knows it, they don’t care, as long as they keep their job and get their bonus. Upper management, seems to be oblivious to it, they promote people who are good at fudging numbers, and have no management skills. Its built a culture of defeatism and mediocrity. Intimidation keeps us in line.
