      Pros

      People who have worked here have been with the company for a long time. Benefits are ok, 401k match, very diverse atmosphere, dress for your day.

      Cons

      You are held accountable for things before your time. Management does not check in to see how you are really doing. Once they do and take notes you will hear nothing else. Training is done in ways that make things more confusing if you get any at all. They promoted a work from home during my interview about two days out the week turned out to be one day and not of your choice it’s Friday.
