      Affordable health insurance, 401k, holiday bonus of 1 weeks pay, company gatherings, steady work, occasional overtime

      Cons

      Starting pay for a first shift warehouse associate is $11.77 per hour. Warehouse is not air conditioned and temperatures can reach 90 degrees in the summer. Supervisors are lazy and do not adress concerns in a prompt manner. There is no room to advance as a warehouse employee and there is a high turnover rate of workers. Annual raises are maxed out at a measly 2%

      Pros

      Lots of passion and enthusiasm, increasing forward thinking, significant reduction is people trying to take it back to how it was. Numerous positive strategic changes of the Senior Leadership Team, able to cut through the politics and make effective change.

      Cons

      Issues still to overcome around company name and identity e.g Arjo, Getinge, Maquet. This is not clear to customer base.

      Company is making an effort to improve the culture and environment. Has rolled out its core values and working to instill those values across the whole organization.

      Cons

      Pockets within the organization are not adopting the new culture and still following past practices. Not willing to change.
