      Apart from a competitive compensation package, Getinge offers the opportunity to foster growth and has the team culture to uplift individuals. Management communicates clearly expectations but gives you the opportunity to arrive there. Working with Getinge's products and services have a direct impact on patient outcomes, which offers a sense of fulfilment with completing the service.

      Cons

      The range of products, internal tools and self-accountability can be disorienting at first. Field workers are sometimes disconnected from the "office" culture. Work/Life balance can easily be thrown out the window, but knowing patient outcomes are affected shifts this perspective.
