      Pros

      Very ambitious company with an excellent vision, lots of acquisitions with the aim of diversifying the portfolio.

      Cons

      The company has lots of issues with division between departments/sites. Local managers have little interest in the opinions of the people doing the job and are more concerned with progressing their own career than much else.

      My opinion and advice: Stay away from lawyer positions in Mahwah!

      Pros

      Good experience, but a terrible job.

      Cons

      I thought the legal department in Mahwah was just a terrible place to work. The only metric I saw there was "staying late" (don't worry about being productive or effective--you just need to stay late!). They're always hiring for legal in Mahwah b/c of relatively high turnover in my opinion. I know this is hard to believe, but you really are better off at a law firm than being in-house counsel in Mahwah!
