      Excellent potential with global distribution in key markets

      Cons

      Many lost opportunities for growth due to mis-directed, mis-managed projects due to very poor middle management to senior management coordination. Companies hires experts so managers can tell them what to do based on short term goals. Competitive advantage is trumped by very poor company culture.

      Remote flexibility. Some good people.

      Cons

      Management only support each other. Processes are really unclear and change so often it’s hard to know where you are. There is a constant feeling you are at risk of not working correctly. Management are not trustworthy. Bullying culture to some!
