No talent planning, service dept. is over utilized and under staffed. Not much room for career growth. Change is constant and not well managed.

Nothing. Worst department anyone has ever had.

Cons

Zero communication. Absolutely the worst management I’ve ever seen. The supervisor can’t give orders and doesn’t even understand what’s happening.
