Sales team act very unprofessional towards colleagues. They gaslight and bully to get around procedure. Management pretends it doesn’t happen. Inexperienced management team use the passive aggressive tactic and do not advocate for the team

Cons

Management - all talk, no walk. All boys club. You have to wait after a year to use education benefits or apply for another role. This is not the place for you if you're looking to develop as a professional. A lot of politics.
