      Not like a traditional company. Ran like a distributor. No cost of living considerations.

      - work from home may be allowed but you will not be WFH officially. - Nice people

      Cons

      - too many, changes and not directions. - pay is not that great - sometimes they put desicions that don't make sense. - No raisesare based on performance. - management try but fail to do the obvious. - burn out people. Many work a lot of extra hours.
