Employees are told by HR that they cannot speak in any other language but English even on break. Little to no support from HR especially when 1 came back from a leave. Poor management involvement from top down. They talk a good talk but that’s all. SO UNDER PAID but upper Management is paid well

not enough training, favorites, manager and supervisor not on the same page. Manager preaches but does the opposite. Employees make mistake and let go because they assume the employees know what they know but were not trained! Supervisor will tell the employee one thing and the Manager will count it against you as error in your job when you were told the opposite by your Supervisor. The favorites make mistakes but still work there!
