      Great reputation in market, excellent products, great commission structure and competitive base pay; great people

      Cons

      huge company, higher mgmt overseas making short sighted local decisions, in that they don't value sales teams getting together to synergize. No in person sales meetings; need more help in marketing they have skeletal staff so customers are not as in the know as our competitors, lack of awareness, lack of google searches, publications, etc.
