      Cons

      There is no company structure when it comes to decisions. They say they are for a work life balance. But they only are as long as you put work 1st, cannot work a 2nd job without their approval. If a manager doesn't like you from day one, they will do all they can to find a way to let you go, they will even use petty reasons. Company direction is not defined. For Sales people they never know if they will be coming or going.

      The downside of working here is…since the branch is small the middle management is very insecure.
