      Pros

      Clean Environment, Nice building, infrastructure managed well. If the right people with the necessary skills were employed, it could be a really nice place to work.

      Cons

      uses a lot of outdated systems, lack of communication in all areas. Manufacturing is severely underpaid considering the how profitable the company is. Engineering largely ignores problems that require relatively low efforts to resolve, or implement changes that don't fix anything within the manufacturing processes. Large pay gaps, and skill gaps in leadership.
