Hello! Thank you for your review. I'm glad to see that you've had a positive experience at Getty Images, specifically when it comes to flexibility and colleagues. We take pride in our Flexible Work Principles, which we hope allows employees the free to work in the ways that best suit them, while still being able to positively impact the business. We also understand the importance of wanting to grow your career. For certain functions within the business, we do have career pathing available, which gives some visibility to career progression within the function. We also encourage employees to use manager 1:1 time and quarterly performance reviews to discuss career development and movement. As a company, we are always working towards making Getty Images the best place you'll ever work and that includes an inclusive work environment. Although it's a team effort, our Culture & Development team spearheads initiatives to ensure Getty Images is inclusive and diverse. We have an internal Diversity & Inclusion page, which dives deeper into each initiative we support. For example, we celebrate Cultural Days of Recognition; have monthly D&I calls that focus on various topics relevant to inclusive work; employees host Employee Resource Group meetings, which connect employees who are members of various minority groups, and bring awareness and learnings to those who aren't. We also have an All-Company Commitment to foster a diverse employee base and a culture of belonging, where all talents and perspectives are supported to thrive.
