- Flexible work/life balance - Amazing product - the brand lives and breaths photography and video - Some great people with a huge amount of expertise in the world of photography

Cons

- Managing up and saying what senior leaders want to hear gets your far - Lack of potential for promotion - Management is risk-averse, not willing to take big swings - Lack of resources - tiny budgets and unwilling to bring in outside resources

I'm glad to hear you appreciated the flexible work-life balance and found value in our product and team’s expertise. I also genuinely appreciate your insights on areas where we can improve. We recognize that fostering an environment that encourages open communication and innovation is vital. We consistently utilize our Leadership and Operating Principles to ensure we create a culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute and grow. Our CEO uses transparency in monthly All Hands meetings to make sure employees are updated on where we are utilizing budgets and resources. If you ever have additional questions about this, employees are encouraged to speak with their manager. Additionally, we have a regular review process to give all employees the opportunity to speak with their manager about career growth and next steps. If you have anything else you would like to share about this topic, or have any other feedback you'd like addressed, I'm happy to chat. Please feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!
