Pros

I think Getty's employees are very nice all the time and very talented to work with. AIso, D&I initiative has been serious so Getty tries to be inclusive with all employees.

Cons

Some people struggle to deal with the speed of working style. Adaptability with high speed working environment is tough but most of the people get used to do that.

Pros

Being part of the Getty team is a great experience for me as I feel like I am truly appreciated and considered a valuable member of the company's family.

Cons

As a Customer Service representative, my job can be stressful at times. However, I am grateful for the protection and support provided by my colleagues and manager whenever issues arise.
