Hi there - thank you for posting a review and thank you for your contributions over the past 6+ years! I am pleased that you are having a positive experience working with our company. While we are constantly evolving and seeking new opportunities, I would encourage you to join team and company all-hands calls to understand more about business changes. You can also review our Mixer intra-net site and company newsletters. However, if you are still having a challenging time understanding or processing business changes, please connect with your manager and/or your HR Business Partner for additional support. Pros

I have been working in Getty Images for over 9 and a half years now. Started as a collections specialist for India Region and now i am covering many more regions globally along with things like GST, WHT Adjustments, Disputes etc. The best thing about working in Getty, atleast their finance division, is that in more ways than one, you are your own boss. My reporting managers (and in the last 9.5 years i have reported to 5 people) have been most supportive and have always encouraged independent decision making.

Cons

The job, per se, is not difficult but the volume of work can get overwhelming.

Pros

- Loads of opportunity. If you want to grow in your role, change your role, move teams, manage more, manage less, the Getty culture encourages you to drive your development - Transparency. If you want to know why decisions are made, Getty prides itself on making information available. It's not forced on you, but leadership is open and typically announce business decisions formally - written - and then again in open forums so employees can engage and ask questions. - Change. There is enough change and innovation to keep you interested and excited about your day to day work, without creating any level of uncertainty as often can be the case when 'change' is frequent in a business. - Culture. The people are open, the business is global and there is diversity in every sense.

Cons

- There are murmors that those in non-sales roles may not be paid competitively. This is not a fact, just a murmur.
