Hello! Thank you for posting a review, and thank you for the 20+ years of your career that you have dedicated to Getty Images. What an immense contribution - and we are better because of you! Our Global Leadership Team strives to cultivate a culture that is as transparent as possible - sharing context on decisions that will guide the direction of our company for years to come, as well as the Why behind that focus. While we continue to change and innovate, we hope to always be inclusive and have folks feel that they are a part of that change. It is very great to hear that you have experienced this. As we are a global company, we strive to create an environment where all employees, regardless of location, language, role, or time zone, feel included and a part of the conversation. We have taken actions such as implementing a translation service that provides language transcripts on all calls to help mitigate language barrier concerns. We have language programs for folks who English may be a second language, as well as for folks who want to familiarize themselves with other languages and form connections with global colleagues. Our Diversity and Inclusion team continues to understand how we can improve and be as inclusive of an organization as possible, and feedback such as this helps drive this positive change. Thank you for taking the time, and if you have additional feedback to share, please feel free to reach out to carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thanks!

Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback in the form of a Glassdoor review. We appreciate your experience working with us as a Research Editor for over 4 years. I am quite pleased that you feel that you have the autonomy and flexibility to be successful in your role, and can creatively share your voice through the content that you provide customers. When the pandemic began, it caused us to rethink how we work and where we work, which allowed for greater flexibility to work in a setting that you feel most productive and supported. We will continue to operate with Flexible Working Principles so that employees can balance personal and professional obligations. To your mention of career progression, we recognize that there is opportunity to improve in this key area. As such, our HR team is working with functional leaders to build out clear career ladders for every single role, team, and function so that there is an increased level of transparency. There is exciting work ahead in this space and we cannot wait to continue to share updates! If you have any additional information that you would like to share, please feel free to reach out to me at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!

Thank you so much for posting a review! Starting with your mention of our Leadership Principles, it is truly wonderful to hear that you feel that they are taken seriously. These values guide all decisions made here at Getty Images - from who we hire, to why we exist, to the impact we are having on the world. Our LP's are woven into performance reviews, promotions, development trainings, and are truly a special component of the organization. Given that we are a global company who is headquartered out of the United States, we do our best to think and operate with that global mindset. There is always room for growth and opportunity to do better. If you do have feedback or ways that we can improve, I encourage you to share with your manager, leader, or HR Business Partner. You have the power to help drive the company forward! If you would also like to reach out to me, please feel free to do so at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com.
